PayPal Pro Forms Not Working

  • The images on my PayPal Pro Forms are not loading, therefore the form is difficult to complete, ie cannot select the billing method.

    I just added a new level of user and cannot test to see if the form works.

    And a side question, what is the Credit Card Start Date or Issue Date? Not all credit cards have this so it is a confusing question to answer.

  • Same for me. And pictures are there in the plugin directory. Looks like a wrong CSS of the “label” elements.

    Also there is one more dropdown field “Checkout options”, with no options, and other extra fields…

    The problem has been resolved. In the s2member General Options, there is a category called, CSS/JS Lazy Loading. This, by default, is set to Yes. Changing it to No resolved the issue.

    I have an extra layer of PHP scripting to generate the form shortcode. The CSS/JS was not loading, thus the form was not displaying and functioning properly.
