Paypal Return page – no link

    I have the IPN setup correctly I believe – completed a sale – and all notifications came through properly. However – the page that Paypal returned me too after the purchase – was the Download Your Products page – but did not contain a link to download.

    When I received the confirmation email of the sale – it did contain a Download link – and it did go to the Download page and DID have the correct link to download the file that I had purchased.

    Please, check the sales reports in the plugin: “Sell Downloads > Sales Reports” to know if the purchase has been reported to the website. If the purchase is not there, please, check the IPN history in your PayPal account, and be sure the status of the payment is “completed”. If the payment status is completed and the purchase was registered in the sales reports of your website, please, check you have not moved the download page to the trash, if it is the case, please, restore it to the list of published pages.

    Yes, the sale is reported, and includes a Download link (which is correct)
    The download page is intact (not trashed)

    The link in the confirmation email was correct, but the link was not on the page that paypal returned me to after purchase automatically.

    Checking the Paypal IPN History – it shows the transaction as Sent, not Completed. Should my IPN notify URL be the download link instead of the instant link?

    Please, contact me through my personal website for checking the issue in detail, because if the purchase was registered in your sales reports (the sales reports in your website accessible through the menu option: “Sell Downloads > Sales Reports”), the website should have sent an email to the buyer with the corresponding download link (do not confuse the email sent from the website with the email sent from PayPal), and this download link should match with the download link accessible from the sales reports in your website.

    It did all of that correctly.

    What I am saying though is that when Paypal returns the customer to the site after completing the sale (independent of the email confirmation) – it goes to the “Download Your Products” page but that page does not have any download links.

    If I click on the Download link IN my website sale confirmation page – it goes to the “Download Your Products” page – but it DOES have the purchased products listed.
