    Hello All,

I am building a bespoke WooCommerce Drop shipping website for a client in Dublin. I have added this plugin and I am using my paypal developer account to test the system. When I place an order it fail’s and the checkout page does not goto the thank you page.
I need the Thank You page to load up as I have a bespoke function that sends a sales order to the drop shipping website.
Here is a screenshot of how I have setup the payment gateway.

    Many thanks,
    Phillip Dews

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @phillipdewsblogger

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
I just went through the checkout process in your website and found what is probably causing the issue. When you choose the PayPal option to pay, the standard WooCommerce “Place Order” button should be replaced by the PayPal one. In your site, this does not happen and the WooCommerce button stays there whether you choose PayPal or the Credit Card payment (check this screenshot)

The only way the PayPal option works is when you allow the PayPal button to be used; PayPal does not allow the process to continue while using the WooCommerce button.

Can you check if your theme or any other plugin is blocking the PayPal button from appearing? Thank you.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello Joost,

Thank you for replying. The theme itself is my own custom one and not any downloadable one. I came across this LINK and followed its directions but still the orders are failing for some reason.
After adding the code as suggested this is what I got..

    Hello @phillipdewsblogger

Thank you for your response. There are some things I would like to check with you:
    1) Do you have the last version of our plugin (1.6.2)?
    2) Did you disable all other plugins and temporarily replace your theme in order to exclude a plugin & theme conflict?

If you did and this issue was still showing, we need to take a look at your system report and plugin logs. You can copy the logfiles from here:
    – WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
    – WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-PayPal-payments-integration-\[…\]” in the dropdown and click on view.

If you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well)

Pending your response on these items.
I just want to let you know that we do have a bug open for the following: “PayPal payments successfully captured, but Woo status remains unpaid, moves to cancelled”. This could be related and thus I have linked this thread to the bug, so you will be included in the notifications when that gets resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
