Paypal sandbox puzzle

    I setup my paypal sandbox with a facilitator account and a personal account.

    Then I created an event called “Level Two”, and made two transactions against it.

    My facilitor account was credited $198, but my personal account was only debited $100. So where did the other $100 come from?

    Maybe someone can suggests a way to go about debugging this.

    I think the other transaction was made by a sandbox account that I subsequently deleted and forgot about.
