PayPal script not executed properly

I have disabled all experiments. I have rolled back several versions to v3.6.7 and a PayPal script is not displaying properly. I’ve rolled PHP from 8.1 to 8.0 to 7.4 to 7.3 and I get the same problem.

One thing I noticed is if you open a page / post with Elementor, click in a text box, in the left sidebar it displays the text box but it defaults to ‘Visual’ when I saved it while in ‘Text’ mode. I don’t think this matters as it appears no code is removed. Please confirm this is true.
