PayPal script running on random pages?

When I run a Page Speed Insights report, it says I have lots of unused javascript causing delays in my homepage load time. The top issue that’s taking up the most time is some PayPal script.
I do not even have any of my products on my homepage whatsoever, there is no reason for WooCommerce (which is the only plugin through which PayPal exists on my site) to be running any script at all on this page. Why is PayPal screwing up my homepage load time?
