I am having some issues where a customer enters all the billing and shipping information during checkout. When using PayPal they are redirected and given a shipping address field again. This is usually auto-populated if they already have a PayPal account. The problem is if they entered a different shipping address on woocommerce than what is shown in PayPal, it will be changed to the one in PayPal. There must be a solution to not allow it to be modified in PayPal or auto-populate it in PayPal with the address they have already entered in Woocommerce.

At the moment, I have a customer that did this and the package is being delivered to the wrong address.

    Hi @chopperstwisted

On the checkout page, the PayPal plugin will not request the customer’s address. It will always default to the address entered on the checkout page. You can test this by clicking the PayPal button on your checkout page. Notice it does not request the customer’s shipping address.

If PayPal is enabled on your product or cart page, it will request the customer’s shipping address info since that’s needed to complete an order.

Was this a customer that made a purchase from your product or cart page and chose an address different than what they expected?

    Kind Regards,
