Paypal Showing Zero amount

Not matter which item I select, when submitted, it shows up Zero in Paypal.

We used similar form for two previous events that are almost identical, but now Paypal isn’t picking up the values.

I think this plugin updated recently. Do I have to change something in Paypal?
