Paypal standard – Must have Paypal account? (no credit card payment option)

According to your document: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/paypal-extension-comparison/ Paypal account is not required for purchase. However, in your coding there is not an option to pay with credit card. Therefore, PayPal IS REQUIRED for purchase. This hurts vendors because PayPal charges a higher % fee if user pays with PayPal account instead of Credit Card-NO Paypal account. Please advise if you are going to correct this issue with a new release.
