Paypal Standard/Order status in WC remains awaiting payment

    Hello,

    We are experiencing issues with Paypal Standard integration with Woocommerce, after payment has been made through PayPal, using Paypal standard, order status on Woocommerce remains on awaiting payment. We are using PayPal developer test accounts to troubleshoot it with no success. We have already tried disabling all unnecessary plugins, and change to default WP theme for troubleshooting this issue. So far workaround is to change order status manually. We have created a staging site to troubleshoot this issue https://staging2.vaidamatiukaite.com/ . Is it safe to share here system status report?

    Can you please confirm what the settings under (WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal) the Payment action options are? If it is not Caputre, can you please set it.

    If it is already set to capture, it is possible that there are issues in IPN notifications of PayPal. You can refer to this documentation for information on troubleshooting IPN issues for PayPal; https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/#section-21.

    I was able to resolve this issue by adding direct data transfer key to integration.
