PayPal & Stripe Payment info on WordPress not working properly

    I am attempting to connect a Contact Form 7 to PayPal using PayPal & Stripe Add-on. After submitting the form, connecting to PayPal, and completing the payment I am then going to Contact-> Paypal & Stripe Payments section in WordPress. It shows the payments but they are randomly showing “Payment status” of failed, Pending or Abandoned. The amount always shows “0.00” event though the payment was completed. Can you please help me with this issue?
