PayPal transactions stuck "processing"

None of that relates to me, I have paypal IPN as im using it on multiple sites already that are custom built or using other frameworks.

I have a dedicated host with full access and everything is allowed. I’m not using anything such as cloudflare.

The only plugin which might cause an issue is SEO Ultimate so im hoping you have any ideas if this causes any issues, I cant disable it as its a requirement of the site etc…

There are numerous solutions on that page, not just the IPN configuration.

Could you go to Downloads > Tools > System Info and post your contents here?
