Paypal with payment form not working

    I have created payment form with calculations. Connected with paypal.
    When clicked on pay now button , then it goes to paypal website for next process.
    I have added all credit card details and clicked on pay then it asks for OPT, but when entered OTP and clicked on submit it returns to login page.
    I am not able to complete the transaction.

    Please Advice on above.

    I hope you’re well today!

    You mean PayPal’s OTP – as in payment authorization, right?

    This is handled entirely on PayPal and shouldn’t affect Forminator payment, theoretically. I understand that it happens with PayPal in live mode, right?

    Is the issue happening with every payment/test for you or just every once in a while? What if you try payments with smaller amounts (not to trigger auth) – does it work or payment fails as well?

    Let me know please. It would also be great if you would export and share a form with us so we could test it on our end.

    To share a form (note: it will not share form submissions, we don’t need them anyway) just use “export” option under the little “gear” icon next to the form on “Forminator -> Forms” page. Get the export file and put it on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar service or on pastebin.com and post direct link to it in your response below.
