PayPal/Woo is not recognizing the payment and putting orders on hold

    I have added multiple products into our staging site which is connected to PayPal sandbox using your plugin.

    Webhook response is OK and everything seems to be working fine excepts when I place the order using PayPal account. It actually process the order but never capture the transaction and change the order status to on-hold.

    The error details are as follows – Copied from WooCommerce order notes:

    1. PayPal transaction ID: 60529676CC078822A

    2. PayPal order payment is set to PENDING status, details: The payee does not have a PayPal account.

    3. Awaiting payment. Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.
