Payment methode preselection

    Hi.

    Among ohter payment methods I′m using paypal plus and its always preselected on the checkout page. I tryed to change the position in woocommerce settings for payment methods, but wasnt successful. Even when Paypal plus is on the last position in the list, its preselected. I know that it′s saving the selection in cache.. clearing cache, still not working. would be nice to have the first paypment method as the preselected or if its possible to have no one preselected.

    Hope somebody has an idea.

    Hello Tobi,

    Default payment settings are not saved in your browser cache, but the session. Can you please try accessing your site via new browser/device and check? If that’s not possible, can you try using private/incognito mode in your browser to cross-check?

    thanks for your replay. I tryed everything, but paypal plus is always preselected although its the last payment methode in the list.

    any other ideas?

    Is it this PayPal Plus plugin that you’re using? It is also available on WooCommerce.com.

    In that case it’s best to reach out to support of this plugin here or from your WooCommerce.com account. If you’ve downloaded the plugin from WooCommerce.com and will be creating a support ticket there – please make sure to select PayPal PLUS for Germany from the dropdown list.
