PDF are still attached to orders even though its set to not do that

    Hi!

    I have a slight problem with this plugin.
    Customers with a “custom payment method” always get PDF invoice attached to their order confirmation (fullfilled order), even though I have selected that it should not be sent

    This only happends to customers that have a custom payment method though so its a bit weird
    As you can see under I have removed all crosses but it still get attached to email
    Is there a solution for this?

    What is the name of the payment method itself?

    What email notification is the PDF attached to?

    Hi!

    I think I might have narrowed it down to a plugin “Custom Payment Gateways Options”
    It seems its only customers that have custom payment status made with this plugin that we get this issue with

    What is the name of that payment status? Is it available in the “Deactivate for” setting?

    Hi! Its not order status but payment that triggers the pdf
    Only order statuses are available in the “deactivate” settings.

    Custom payment gateway wich enables me to give customers payment choices, and one of theese choises seems to trigger the pdf, but not always, just sometimes. Really weird

    This is correct. To deactivate invoices for payment methods, you’d need our Professional extension.
