PDF blocked

Hello,

Whenever I click on the PDF link on the Documentor guide a PDF gets created. However, I cannot open the file. I get this message:
Acrobat could not open ‘chirine-test-details-25(1).pdf’ because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded).

To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then print the document to Adobe PDF.

I am using Documentor Pro and I have tried different computers and browsers.
