PDF confirmation of signed contract not displayed correctly

Hi there,

when my clients sign their contract they’re supposed to receive an automated e-mail confirmation with an attached PDF. However, the PDF has no formatting and pages are missing. Does anyone know how to fix this issue. Thank you!
