    Hi,
    I’m using PayPal as gateway and someotimes our clients doesn’t have enough money on their account. When it happens, Paypal’s IPN system notifiy woocom as “failed” and then the order move from the state of “pending” to “failed”. In that case, the plugin should not create the invoce but it does anyway but that’s wrong. Is it a bug or a bad configuration?

    Hi! This is a ‘bad configuration’ as you call it ??
    It sounds like you may have setup the attachment for the New Order admin email, this is also sent for orders that are failing.
    Do note that seeing a button to create the invoice number is not an indication that there’s an invoice, only when you see an invoice number/date there is an invoice.

    Ok! In fact, i did set the email for “New order admin”. I’ll remove it and wait for the next failure ??
