PDF does not attach to email

  • Hello,

    We are using the latest version of the plugin and the CF7. But no matter what we do, the PDF is not getting attached to the primary email.

    Could you please help with this?

    Hi,

    Please make sure you have checked the ‘Attach to primary email message’ checkbox (in the PDF attachment options list).

    If you already have the above checkbox checked then there must be something wrong somewhere. Another plugin might be causing the attachments to be removed. It may also be caused by configuration of your server software. Can you check if the PDF is getting attached to the secondary email message (after checking the ‘Attach to secondary email message’ checkbox)?
