Btw i think you created a ticket in our support portal? If so your ticket was already answered, if you didn’t received the response probably it went to the spam folder.

One thing I did not understand: where should I insert the short-code?
Should I enter it as a field on wp-forms?

You could either include it in the page that is shown after the form is submitted (assuming that you are redirecting the user to another page) or you can add it as part of the confirmation message that you configured in your form.

First I tried to add [bpdfbuilder_download_link] in the confirmation message and then to a redirect page with only it but the result is that the shortcode appears like simple text.
Am i missing some steps?

I think something is missing in the code, because if I’m search for the shortcode in the PDF BUILDER I find it in the subfolders of “Integration / Adapters / …”. Instead I don’t find any reference of the shortcode of the PDF IMPORTER.
It seems that something is missing …
For example in PDF IMPORTER I don’t have the “Integration/ … ” folders
