pdf download then upload to wordpress

  • Hi, The link below ends with .pdf, but I cannot download it as a pdf file. How can I download the link below as a pdf file? Because I want to download it and add it to my wordpress site.

    This has nothing to do with WordPress. The url from which you are trying to download a PDF is probably trying to prevent downloading of PDF which is why it renders the PDF file and shows you the content as opposed to just linking directly to the PDF file.
