• Greetings,

I’m having trouble knowing where to even start to solve this one. But perhaps you have some thoughts, Ian?

I seem to be having trouble with users downloading PDFs when they are using any iOS device on any browser: Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox

And also, only Safari when on a Mac.

Could this be a problem in my server config, in Memphis Docs, with MIME Types, with htaccess, or somewhere else? Is it an Apple thing? Another site I manage seems quite fine and I can’t pick the difference in setups, although it is a different host.

The Test Server Config reports that I don’t have Imajick installed. Could that be it?

Wondering if you have any ideas?

    Thanks.

    Steve

Yes I have seen this error before on a few other sites.. I have found no solution so far. I don’t know why it does it.

Can you tell me is your server Linux or Microsoft?

next thing would be to check your apache errors logs see if there is any information there.
