PDF Embedder – Unlimited version (requested refund, no reply)

    Hello. I bought the Pro version of PDF Embedder a couple of days ago, for unlimited sites. I was then surprised to find that the control for “always show toolbar” doesn’t work. Then the right scrollbar didn’t scroll very easily. Finally, “show fullscreen” produced the PDF hanging in space, shrunk to screen height, with no zoom in or out to be able to view it. I’m on Windows 7 using Chrome and Firefox current browsers. Essentially, the only feature in the Pro that works is that the lock on the PDF restricting it to showing only the first page, can be unlocked. The other controls don’t work for me. I’m a blogger, not a developer; and I’m a pensioner on fixed income.

    I requested a refund and have not yet had a reply.

    $95.00 Canadian funds for this plugin, I obviously wanted one that worked. Please issue a refund. Thank you.

    I apologize for any trouble! Our team is aware of the issue with the toolbar, and are currently working to resolve this. In regards to your refund request, unfortunately, I’m not seeing that on my end. Can you please submit another ticket on our site, and mention this post?
