    I am revisiting this since I still seeing an issue I haven’t been able to resolve.

    Do I understand that if I enable pdf support I can display pdf file(s) in a fancybox overlay ‘linked’ in one of two ways …
    .
    (1)
    <a href="https://example.com/file.pdf" >Click to display PDF</a>
    If Autodetect is checked
    .
    (2)
    <a href="https://example.com/file.pdf" class="fancybox-pdf>Click to display PDF</a>
    If Autodetect is UNchecked
    .
    .
    Is there a way to not have particular linked pdf files display in a overlay?
    specifically, I thought the settings implied with Autodetect unchecked, a classname of fancybox-pdf is necessary for the overlay to appear?

  • Is there a way to not have particular linked pdf files display in a overlay?

    With the option Autodetect unchecked, you will need to set class="fancybox-pdf" on each link you do want to open in the light box. But with Autodetect checked, you can use class="nolightbox" for those links that you do not want to open in the light box.
