PDF files doesn’t download

    Hello,

    I have installed your plugin on my site to protect internal resources, which can only be downloaded by employees. All the resources are easily downloadable except the pdf.
    Every time I want to download a pdf I get a page with the error “The file does not exist.” And this error concerns the hundred of pdf I uploaded via your module.
    Would you have any idea where the problem could come from?

    My configuration:`
    WP 5.7 + PHP 5.6

    I have some additional information to share with you.
    We recently changed the server site (but not the domain name) and since then the PDF’s cannot be downloaded.
    I think the problem comes from there.
    How to do in this case? Should I uninstall the plugin and reinstall it? Will I lose all my protected files if I do that?
