PDF Flyer: Blank Pages in PDF

    It seems all our PDFs are generating two blank pages at the beginning of the file in all cases.

    I’ve tried tweaking some settings in the PDF tab of the Settings screen and rebuilt the flyer(s), but the two blank pages are created again.

    Any solution or advice?

    Hello.

    Did that work before for you?

    Try to disable all third-party plugins and check again. To regenerate flyer you can delete it in media and update single property or regenerate all flyers in Settings/PDF tab.

    I went ahead and deactivated ALL plugins as you suggested, deleted a PDF in question then loaded it from the public property page to access the PDF (link reads https://…/?wpp_flyer_create=true).

    Despite that, PDF loads with first two pages blank as before, followed by the flyer page.

    Any other ideas? I see Denali hasn’t updated on our site since 2014. Is there a more recent update to the theme? Could that be related?

    You could just change the theme for a while and check if the issue with it, but shouldn’t be.

    Do you have a logo on your pdf? Try re-add logo or try without it to investigate the issue.

    You also didn’t answer the question, did that work before for you? When did that stop working correctly?
