    I am working with RegistrationMagic version 3.8.1.3 and have been running a couple of reservation submissions, but the .pdf attachment is not being included with the emails being sent out. I have the attach pdf file box checked as well as the Notify Site Admin button checked. Not sure what else I need to check/do to get the pdf attachment to attach to the emails. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

    I do have the Unique token code box checked also…would that have anything to do with the pdf form not being attached to the emails?

    As per our response on support ticket system please change the font of submission pdf by:

    a) Clicking on RegistrationMagic
    b) Go to global settings
    c) Click on general settings
    d) Check for ‘submission PDF font’ and change it from the drop down and choose any one except FreeSerif because FreeSerif isn’t compatible with mac
    e) Click on save
