PDF formatting broken on version 5.4

Thanks for reporting the issue. I replicated the issue at my end while running CRM v.5.4.1.

I can confirm that the PDF looks good if displayed in the Client Portal and sent via email.

I have reported the issue to our developers so they can look at it as soon as possible. We don’t have an ETA for fixing this problem yet, but I hope to followup soon with some news.

Let me know if there’s anything else we can do to help meanwhile!

I’m happy to let you know that we have released Jetpack CRM v.5.4.2 which includes the fix for the PDF formatting issue.

Would you try updating to the latest version of Jetpack CRM and let us know if you still run into the issue? Thanks!

I have the same issue and 5.4.2 does not fix it. Can anyone else confirm they saw improvement with 5.4.2?

Please note that you will need to roll back to 5.4.1 version in order for the patch to work properly.

PDF is working now so I think I’ll stay with v5.4.1 until it’s definitely fixed.

Hi, same issue here with the pdf on Version 5.4.2. Is there an estimate when the fix is ready? Ifnotm could you send met the patch for 5.4.1 as well? Then I will be able to send invoices through pdf again.

Great news–the latest version of Jetpack CRM (v.5.4.4) includes the fix for the PDF formatting issue.

If you haven’t already done so, please update your Jetpack CRM to the latest version and try generating PDF from invoices once more.
