PDF from form

We don’t have an in-house PDF add-on available at this time, but there is a third-party PDF add-on available here:

I would recommend checking with them to see if their add-on meets your requirements.

You can auto fill fields with database information looked up from an entry in another field. Here’s one way to do it:

Thanks for you quick reply. I found formidablepro2pdf too, looks interresting, will look into that.
I guess the tutorial about getting database information is still to technical for me, but I will test that when I find the time ??
