Pdf invoice footer

Hi,

Unfortunately the only text that will appear in the footer is page number. The settings section only lets you enable/disable the footer and change some options like footer’s margins etc. I will add custom text field option to our next release, however can’t say anything for sure on deadline.

.. I’m missing that function too because I need a static footer with about 4 columns always at the end of the document. They should be fully customizable like the content tables. That would be awesome and a big advantage.

In addition: a textfield at the orders page, for typing in a date on which the payment arrived, would be the dot on the i. ??

Hi,

I’ve made some modifications in development version. Now you can enter any HTML in footer. Shortcodes will also work. Please let me know if it works as expected.

Regarding “textfield at the orders page” – do you mean textfield on admin’s orders list (“WooCommerce > Orders”), or on single order page? And do you need it to be displayed on PDF invoice?

Yes of course! Sorry I expressed it badly. It should be an backend only function.

Exactly. A shortcode would be awesome.

The customer only can use prepayment respectively PayPal in our shop. He gets the invoice by mail before he gets the ordered items. So because of that, it would be a nice little additional information for the customer to see, when his payment arrived.
