Hi, i’m working on a new site (actually, on localhost) and i’ve a problem with “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips” plugin: There are no invoice pdf file attached to the New Order Email (witch is sent to the admin account).

I followed many of the previous suggestions found in the past topic (active/deactive SMTP, active “WP Mail Logging”) but they don’t work. As i could see from “WP Mail Logging” dashboard every email was correctly sent and every email sent to the costumer shows the right attachment. ONLY THE FIRST EMAIL (THE NEW ORDER EMAIL WITCH IS SENT THE ADMIN) HAS NO ATTACHMENT.

Thank you, have a nice day.

    Hi @abeyvon,

Did you check that the New order email notification is selected under WooCommerce?> PDF?Invoices?> Documents?> Invoice?> Attach?to?

Just to try to understand: Do you receive the New order email without the attachment, or you don’t receive the email message at all?

If the first, is this the only email notification in which the PDF invoice is not attached? Did you try with another email notification with success?

If the second, it’s likely that the email address set in the Recipient(s) field has a typo.

I would like to see a screenshot from the Attach to setting, and the email logs. Could you please upload both screenshots to imgbb.com and share their URLs here?

    Hi, @yordansoares.
thanks a lot. It’s the first: i receive the new order email without the attachment. And yes, i try with other email notification (like sending attachment to the costumer with “completed order email”) and it’s working. The problem is with the admin email.

Here you can find two screenshots: (1) the invoice checked and (2) wp mail logging (where you can see the invoice attached to client “completed order email” but not to the admin “new order email”)

    Thanks again.

Thanks for sharing those screenshots, @abeyvon!

In your mail logs, I saw that the email notification sent at 14:26:02 has the PDF invoices, however the same email sent at 14:11:39 has not. Maybe you run the test before set up your Attach to setting? Could you please clear your mail logs, and run another test to see if both emails, New order and Completed order, includes the PDF invoice attachment?

Also, please send me a screenshot of your Disabled for setting, under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice.

    Good morning,

I’m having the same problems with the admin email and invoice.

I don’t receive an e-mail with New order and created invoice. The invoice was created in woocommerce. But no email and no attachment.

The setting is Disabled, under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice. So it must work. First it did, but the last few days not anymore.

    Can you help me please?

    Best regards,
    Karin

@abeyvon, could you please also send a screenshot of your settings under WooCommerce?> Settings?> Emails?> New?order?

@graphicfish please create a new topic, copying and pasting your message above there, so we can check your case by separate, following the conversations in an organized way: Consider that your case can be caused by a different reason. To get a head start, you can send screenshots for the Attach to and Disable for settings, that you’ll find under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice.

Thanks for providing that screenshot, @abeyvon!

Honestly, I don’t see any issues in your settings until now, so I wonder if this is related with a plugin that could be intercepting this email notification. Could yo please share your WooCommerce system report too? To do it, go to WooCommerce > Status > System Status, click on Get system report, then click on Copy for support, paste it on https://pastebin.com/ (set a paste expiration for one week, just in case), and finally paste the pastebin.com link in your reply here.

    Hi @abeyvon,

In this reply, @graphicfish informed that setting up an SMTP plugin fixed this issue.

Please check the instructions in this video and check if it solves the issue: How To Setup WordPress SMTP For Sending Emails.
