    If you cannot troubleshoot this with support teams for the two plugins, you may want to consider hiring a developer.
    If that is something you are interested in, you can post a job at https://jobs.wordpress.net

    The volunteers on these forums mainly help out with questions regarding WordPress core (or by pointing people to a better place to get help for their specific issue).
    While your question is allowed and will stay up, it is very unlikely that any volunteer would (or could, considering the very limited information) troubleshoot plugin compatibility issues.

    You could also try installing this plugin:

    to see if it provides any more specific errors that can be a starting point for further troubleshooting.
