PDF Invoice & Packing Slip Email attachments not working

  • I have the pro version.

    It appears everything is working with the PDF invoice and packing slip module. I have a vendor marketplace where I need the invoice and packing slip to be attached to the new vendor order email. I set both invoice and packing slip to “create on new order.” I set the Attach PDF to emails for “Vendor-New Order Email” (which is the enabled new order transactional email that goes to the vendor’s email). I have even switched this to the enabled “New Order” transactional email, and all of the above doesn’t work. I’m assuming my settings are just not configured correctly.

    How do you add verndor’s email address in the recipients field? Also, are you use email is enabled in its settings?

    I add the vendor’s email by going to Booster settings -> PDF Invoice & Packing Slips -> Email Options. For both the Invoice and Packing Slips, under the setting Attach PDF to emails, from the dropdown list of all of my transactional emails, I select either New Order or Vendor-New Order email. In both cases, the emails are sent but the invoice and packing slip are not attached. I have enabled this module. I can view the invoice and packing slip in the admin order page.

    @sherismith Revoke that access please. The author gets into real trouble here even asking for that.

    Please confirm that’s done, the author’s account is on moderation watch for that reason.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

    Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

    I missed this somehow.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
