pdf invoices were not generating

  • Hi,
    we do have some probs with the plugin.
    We are using WP with WC in the newest versions and additionally WP-Lister for ebay and for amazon.
    For our orders the invoices will be generated, when the orders were done by WC or ebay, but not for the orders by amazon.
    The settings are for the ebay and amazon WP-Lister are the same.
    What can be the reason for?

    Hello Andreas,
    This is something you will need to take up with the WP-Lister support. Under normal circumstances, our plugin generates the invoice automatically by means of email attachment: when woocommerce sends out an email to which you have configured the plugin to attach the invoice PDF, the plugin will create it at that moment. If the emails being sent out for ebay and Amazon are different, this could explain that discrepancy.
    You could also double check if you can manually generate the invoice for the amazon orders. If you can’t generate them manually either, we can look further into this as it may signify a bug or compatibility issue somewhere.
