    Hi,

    I am testing this plugin for my shop.

    I can add a PDF file to my email in the backend of the plugin. When placing an order, the email is sent and arrives, but there is no pdf attached. I tested several options, with or without filter (specific product), but it does not work.

    Can you help me with this?

    Dear @jeannettek

    I supposed that this issue is related with any conflict with theme or other plugins. Could you isolate the issue? Please disable all third-party plugins and switch to Storefront theme in your WordPress and try again. After this, please turn on plugins one by one, and check if the issue appears again. Reply to me with the results.?

    I changed my theme to Storefront and deactivated all plugins except for Woocommerce.

    The email is sent, but still no pdf attached to it.

    Thank you for running a test.

    Could you check is there any error in WooCommerce logs referring to our plugin? You can find log in WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    I can’t find anything about Shopmagic in the Logs.

    I can give you access to my backend, since it is a test site on a different url, so you can check yourself?

    I really would like to use this plugin since it is exactly what I need, I also want to pay for the pro version if that would solve the problem.

    I found the solution, I just installed the plugin on my live site and now it works well.

    Hi, it’s me again. I still have problems. I installed the plugin on my live workshop. The test email was sent properly, including the pdf and all.

    Now I made some automations to send an email when a customer orders a product and nothing is sent. Also in the log outcomes there are no emails sent.

    I published the automations, I filled in all data just like in my testsite.

    I do receive emails from woocommerce.

    I tried to install the Postmakr plugin but it slowed down my website extremely and also did not send any emails, also no emails form woocommerce anymore.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    The problem with the attached file was that the link was broken. Adding the attachment to the email template again solved the problem.
