• I’ve tried uploading my PDF logo into the Firmness theme but it doesn’t show up on my website:https://pelotonmanagement.com. When I view the file on theme options my logo is there. I have put a JPG logo in there and it shows but isn’t scalable–that’s why I need the PDF logo. I am not computer savvy so I’d appreciate any help with this. I have WordPress through GoDaddy, if that is important.

  • PDFs cannot be used as images without some type of embedding tool. The standard for web images are .png or .jpg; however, you could try .svg if you need them to be vector and scalable.

Since I’m a computer dummy can you tell me how to do either of those things–use an embedding tool and/or change my PDF to .svg?

pdf isn’t a graphic format. If you want to edit the graphic you need a graphic editor. You have several choices you can use the Paint program built into windows, you can download a free graphic editor, or you can purchase a graphic. A pdf file isn’t going to work for you.

Had my logo done in EPS and PDF from a JPG logo but apparently I should have done more! My JPG isn’t scalable that’s why I needed the vector format but now I find out WordPress can’t upload that way. Not sure what to do now but thanks for the help,

So I now have an SVG logo and when I upload it an error message shows– “Sorry this file type is not permitted for security reasons”. I can’t seem to get a logo that will be scalable!
