PDF loses form fields when uploaded to Media Library

Hi everyone,
I am trying to provide a link to download a PDF on one of my webpages. The PDF is formatted with fillable form fields. When I upload the PDF to Media Library and create the link on my page, it allows users to open/download the PDF but the form fields are no longer there.

Any tips for keeping interactive PDFs intact when adding to Media Library?
