Very strange that it has been almost 14 hours and no one willing to let me know on how to resolve an issue with DOMPDF_Exception problem.
Usually developer support interested in assisting users of their plugins.
I guess I will need to look at a different plugin that can provide service.
    Very upsetting, poor tech support

    Hello.

You are using a free plugin and posting your question in the community forum. The mentioned issue is not common and not replicable. You provided not enough details on how the issue could be replicated and what settings/plugins your site has.

I stop providing information due to poor response to my question.
I am not a programmer and I provide you with whatever information I had.
And as I said I would have no problem buying this plugin if you had a price for it.
I did like it and it works fine with the exception your PDF addon did not work and create an error plus the only way client would be able to see invoice on the line if the login into a site but that was not the main problem. pdf addon was the big one it made your plugin unusable …..
    Plus VERY POOR support

Our free plugins just do not have 24/7 support. We are checking the issue on our test environment and like in your case that is not a common issue, which could be replicated. That may be an issue with third-party plugins, theme or some server options.

In such cases, we offer paid hourly support to investigate that directly on your site. – https://app.hubspot.com/meetings/marcus-smoot

I got rid of this plugin 4 2 reasons.
    First terrible support
    Second terrible support
