PDF not attached to email

  • Hello guys.

    We are working to make this plugin send the invoices to our clients but the email doesn’t have any attached pdf. Even we try to resend the email manually, the pdf not attached.

    We have also disabled the SMTP plugin for this reason but again no success.

    The invoice is generated correctly but the pdf never attached. I have checked the support forum but nothing seems to work.

    The mail logger plugin doesn’t show an attachment on mail logs. No prob also with memory or other recommended setting.

    Any other ideas?

    can you share a screenshot of your Invoice attachment settings and also showing which exact email you are sending (screenshot of the action being taken)?

    Also, can you check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs to see if there is a log (dropdown in the top right corner) starting with the name “wpo-wcpdf”?

    In the first screenshot you have selected the “Invoice / Order details” email from WooCommerce to email manually:

    but the Invoice attachment for that email has not been enabled for that email in the second screenshot:
