    Hello,

    Thank you again for building this awesome Plugin, I have integrated this in one of my websites, The download is not working in Safari browser it always shows incomplete download and the same is working perfectly fine for Chrome browser.

    Can you help me with this one ?

    Hi,

    That’s nice to hear. Thanks for saying, we really appreciate it.

    We tested our plugin on Safari and it worked fine. Safari may have a slower download speed. Therefore the PHP max execution time may be exceeded on your server, causing the download to be truncated. You could view the server logs and increase the max execution time on your server (or contact your hosting).

    Hello,

    Thank you for your quick response. I checked with the max execution time, currently, it’s “300” and it’s not allowing me to increase more than 300.

    Do you think anything else could hamper it?

    Hi,

    You’re welcome. This could be a local problem. You could update Safari to the latest version, turn off extensions, delete all cache, change/reset settings, etc. and see if that makes a difference.
