    Hi @shawnfaleiro,

Can you please try installing this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ ?

After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only this plugin and see if the same issue happens with no other plugins and a default theme.

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

I’ve been having this problem as well with PDFs – it seems like the iframe auto-sizing is not working correctly. I’m getting the exact same behavior as seen in the link in the original post above, where a tiny thumbnail pops up (https://staging.dunedinstone.co.uk/birchover-gritstone/#gallery). I tried the Health Check plugin as suggested with no luck, ended up disabling the Fancybox plugin to just have the PDFs open in a new window.
