PDF opens in a fancybox

  • Hi there,

    I’m updating a website for a client and the PDFs that’s set to open in a new tab – all open in a fancybox. This is causing a lot of trouble for people using Chrome and they now can’t see the articles. Please could you let me know why this is happening. If you look at https://www.piscator.co.za/CPS2/?page_id=961 and select one of the articles – you’ll see the problem when using Chrome – seems to work fine with Firefox, and I never use edge anyways, so not worried about that one.

    I’m not experiencing any issues with opening the modals in chrome. What device have you been able to test with?

    Can you share some screenshots of the issue?
