PDF option is generating a blank page

i am having the exact same problem. It was working perfectly before, but now the link is generating a blank page too. Have you found a solution?

Haven’t figured out any solution or the cause, even with debug mode on I can’t find anything obvious that is causing it. I emailed their support email but have not heard anything back from them.

I didn’t have it installed previously so wasn’t sure if it was just me or a new version problem. Was it working for you on an earlier version of this plugin? and if so which version?

I figured it out!

Its a server issue, and it occured when I moved the site over to a new server. The new server needs to have mbsring php extension installed and also the gd library!

How did you figure out it was mbsring php extension that is needed?

Ok not sure how you figured out it was mbstring but I added it to my server configuration and it worked!
