PDF pages failing to load

    Hello! After having many pages of our pdf not appear in your viewer when clicking through page by page (after 166 nothing displays even though the PDF used on the viewer has these pages present) I followed your instructions to exclude the URIs for the plugin scripts from any caching and/or minifying tools on my host and it did not rectify the issue. Do you have any other suggestions on how I can fix this issue?

    Currently using Version 4.7.1

    Thanks for reaching out!

    We tried viewing the PDF and the pages loaded on our end, albeit slowly.

    The times we have seen this happen, it’s usually due to the size of the PDF file you have uploaded.

    Are you able to compress the PDF to a smaller size and see if it renders without delay? This should help resolve the issue.
