PDF print is not very sharp

    Hello,
    When i print a pdf invoice, the print is not very sharp. You can read it all, but it seems if it is a “scanned” invoice. I tried it on several printers (color and B/W – HP -Xerox – Canon) ) with the same results. When i print the invoice as HTML page, it is very sharp. Printing this HTML page result in a very sharp invoice. Printing the same invoice as pdf is not sharp.
    Is there somewhere in the plugin i possibility where i can adjust the dpi setting or something like that?

    Hello Henri,
    The text in the PDF is vector, meaning that changing the dpi/resolution doesn’t change anything. It would still be razor sharp if you printed this 1km:1km ??

    I think this is an issue with your PDF reader. Are you opening the PDF in your browser? If so, I would try downloading the PDF instead and opening it in Adobe reader. Please let us know what browser + PDF plugin or PDF reader you are using.

    Let me know if using Adobe reader indeed solves the issue. If it doesn’t, are you perhaps using a custom font?

    Thanks for your answer.
    You are right! When I download the PDF invoice and print it in PDF-Xchange (or other PDF-programm) the print is very sharp!
    I use normally the built-in PDF viewerin Chrome. That explains the difference.

    Thanks for the feedback. Which operating system is that? I’ve had no problems with the built-in viewer in Chrome on OSX or Windows…

    I use W10 Home OS, all updates installed.
    Just for your information: the print of the invoice by the browser plugin is not bad but not sharp compared with the picture/print by a “real” PDF viewer.
