PDF Probelm

I have uplaoded my pdf to https://www.autismservicesfdn.org/?page_id=5
When you select the pdf link it does not open the pdf. It takes you to another page where you have to select another link and then the pdf opens. I need it to open when you select the link the first time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
