PDF problem in Iran

Hi, my problem is old and its not for new version of plug in or WordPress! To explain problem I can say when clicked on PDF button for exporting to page to PDF file, I see a empty page with google icon on top of screen and to frame on middle of it, the frames are in “not responding” state like this picture:
