PDF Proctection

Hello,
My products are sold via pdf document. I want to protect them from being redistributed. I would like to allow customers to open and print the document. However, I do not want them to be able to save the file as they could potentially redistribute it for free. Is it possible to restrict saving for my pdf’s? If not, do you have any other suggestions beyond password protection?
