PDF receipt on Give WP

  • Hi,
    I’m totally new to www.ads-software.com and I need help! I have a PDF Receipt plugin on my Give WP and it has been activated. But once I customize the receipt, how do I “connect” it to the donation platform so that it’s the one being sent out to my donors rather than the generic plain receipt that Give WP came with? I’m not tech-savvy at all and I’m going to need some specific guidance.

    Since that is a commercial add-on plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know how it operates. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
